Besides the excellent location we didn't enjoy our stay at this hotel at all. At reception no one speaks english, they hardly answer when you address them, even when saying good morning!! Breakfast is very bad, we preferred to look for a coffee restaurant every morning. The room is very small, no closet to hang the clothes, a lot of noise came from the hall every evening and morning. Once we left a at 8 a.m and returned at 2 p.m, the room was as we left it that morning. They don't change the towels so often, just fold them again. We were there for 4 nights and the weather was very humid, so we showered twice a day. We wouldn't recommend this hotel even with it's excellent location, they aren't nice at all.

a good location - close by the picturesque river and the pedestrian shopping mall - also about 5mins walking distance to the city centre

No breakfast taken ( you should add " not available" in your comments) the air conditionning and television remote controls are written only in chinese, so it is very difficult to use them; it wouuld be usefull to add a paper with the translation in english.

It would be a good idea for the hotel to have a mini-fridge in the room. Although the hotel provided free pick-up service from the airport, you did not inform me when I did the booking.
