It is a good hotel. But I feel English speaking must be developed with more hotel staff as tourists like us may not know Chinese language and hence communication is a problem; It is important to have bell boys for carrying Luggage; Quality of breakfast esp for non chineese and vegetarians NEEDS to be improved. Like more fruits; more juice and milk and provision of butter apart form Jam

This hotel was excellent. Great location. The people at the front desk were also very helpful in arranging my travels for me, often writing my destinations in chinese to present to cab drivers. This hotel is good ,it was far from the airport and the location would be poor with out the subway.The staff did speak in english so it was relly easy to get information from it.The breakfast was to much chanise but it didint relly matter you could eat itit was relly near to trian staion.

I chose to stay at this hotel as I had stayed there before the hotel is clean and comfortable aimed more at the buisness traveler than tourist but is near to all the places of interest.
