location is excellent.......politeness and friendliness of reception staff and cashier staff below satisfactory level.......only morning duty manager (Feb 4th 07.30am) very friendly and very polite and very helpful.....3-4 staff in the restaurant for breakfast quite friendly and helpful

Excellent place, surrounding the hotel there were everything, shopping center, park, zoo… The city was beautiful, and the people were friendly and provided me with a lot of help. The transportation is very convenient; it took me only 15 minutes to the nearest scenic spots. An excellent place for sight-seeing!
