Our room was excellent - very clean and complete with all amenities. Staff were friendly and helpful, although many did not speak English. Breakfast was not good - at least not for European guests. Food in the Chinese Restaurant was very good. Value for money is excellent and I would recommend to other travellers.

The location of the hotel is superb. Walking distance for food, shopping, transport etc The breakfast is rather disappointing, very small spread and repeated over the days which I stayed there. Overall, a good hotel to stay.

I enjoyed my stay here. I would give higher ratings for the room but many of the electric plugs did not work and the light switches above my bed did not work either. The lobby staff was very helpful and their knowledge of English was helpful since my mandarin was not very good. The concierge was extremely helpful in assisting me with obtaining a taxi to the airport.

We were pleased to have used your services as we had no trouble checking in.The only problem was that we were not sure if we had breakfast included in the voucher.This was subsequently checked and the hotel staff kindly informed us that we would have breakfast included.We also found that the staff had little knowledge of English and could not communicate in English.This was a difficulty for us as their Mandarin speech was also difficult to understand.Another thing we found lacking was that there was insufficient information/brochures on the city nor a proper map showing the interesting places to visit.We were lucky to have befriended an employee who gave us the information and even took leave to take us around.Without that,we would have difficulty moving around for sightseeing,etc.The hotel is well located with access to shops,transport,restaurants.We would probably go back to this hotel if we were to return to Haikou and use your services again.Thank you for your good services especially in reminding us about our booking!!!
