On the whole, location of hotel is ideal, room is clean and service good EXCEPT nobody working in the hotel seems to understand and speak English. They keep asking me where did I book the hotel even though 'China Hotels' was in letter-head of the hotel voucher I showed to the receptionist. Anyway I managed to converse with the receptionist with my limited Mandarin language. I enjoyed my stay in Haikou. I even took a trip to Sanya. Thank you for arranging my stay in this hotel.
