Rooms Furnishings: 9 |  Very loud and noisy during the night. Not possible to sleep. Noisy in the morning up from 4.30am. We went to the reception to get help and silence, nothing happend, they did nothing.
Personal at breakfast lunch and dinner ignored us very often, it was more important for them to play with the cell phone. Friendly, always laughing but doing nothing. Only on request.
Carpet in the room never vacumed. Even when we arrived a lot of dirt at the floor.
Too much smoking people on the floor, the smoke was always going in our room and it was annoying. |
