the hotel is situated in a very good location with many ammenities,so the management should look into the above to enhance its image.overall, the period during my stay was quite comfortable but the price for 1918 was a bit too high .l pay $338 for room 1506 compare to 1918 for subsequent 2 days stay. |

Rooms Furnishings: 6 | | Upon arrival i check in but was ask to pay a deposit 2 times because they calculate wrongly. They also didnt guide me the way to my room until i ask. They ask for another deposit for the 3rd time as they calculate wrongly again. The bubble bath in the bath room is chargable but they didnt label any price tag. It only after i check out then i realised & i also when i check out then i checked the invoice they charge me wrongly for breakfast i didnt take. I think it quite unprofessional. The bell boys are good. Very helpful to carry the luggages and call taxi. The location is good. Alot of shops around. This hotel also provide a personal computer which other hotel dont have which is good also. High floor and not so noisy. Well recommended. |
