We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in your warm, comfortable, spacious room. The hotel was well positioned and easy to get to from other areas in Harbin. The staff were friendly and polite. They spoke little english, but tried hard to understand our limited use of mandarin. I would recommend this hotel gladly to others wanting a pleasant stay in Harbin.

I really like the hotel so much but really its first time for me to see a receptionist that can't speak any word in english.

There was no breakfast. Everything was good.

The furnishings in the hotel room are in need of an update. The room looked a bit old and tired. The carpets in particular need to be renewed, as they have not been maintained well and look quite dirty. I was very happy to be let into my room prior to check in time, and commend the staff on their efforts to help me, even they spoke no English and I spoke little Chinese. I found them very helpful and accommodating.

we upgraded from family room to family suite for more beds and space. the beds were HUGE. the service was good, only we couldn't use the breakfast voucher for day 2 on day 1 instead, so had to pay extra. will be staying there again in the future.
