The hotel was a bit run down but there were two things whcih who was th stood out as being VERY special. 1) the breakfast was outstanding and 2) the lady who was the night shift and early morning was unbelievable! I asked where I could get a China Mobile card recharged and she immediately left with my info and braved the -20 HERSELF to do it for me. God bless her. Now that is the type of service that will bring you back even if the room was a bit run down!
