We checked in at about 15.00pm on our day of arrival, it was immediately clear this was going to be a noisy hotel. we checked in and looked at the decor in the rooms and thought it was not very modern. The heating was so low we all had to wear our jackets to stay warm. At night we went out and had dinner and on return the room was still cold, we asked why and were told there is no heating. There were 2 radiator heaters on the wall but were not warm enough to heat the room. The bed on the upper level was hard and the internet was also upstairs. Seating area was down stairs so it was not thought out very well. I do not think I would stay at this hotel again, it may be ok for a summer hotel. We all checked out the next day and found a hotel more central that had heating and was more welcoming. thanks again for your help with this hotel.

The room was clean and the staff were friendly. Unfortunately the level of furnishing was poor, with the bed head and table being broken. Of the 5 lights in my room, only 2 functioned. Unfortunately the light in the bathroom was broken and it took 2 days for it to be fixed. The door lock also didn't work correctly, and I had to ask the fuwuyuan to let me into my room every time. Staff were patient with foreigners and our moderate to terrible Mandarin. They always maintained a smile a good attitude.

We did not eat breakfast at the hotel, so I can't comment on that. The toilet wouldn't flush, but we managed to fix it ourselves. The hotel was good for the cheap price we paid. Room was a little dusty. One window was broken and couldn't open.

The room was adequate, though quite noisy. Both the noise from the street and from other guests was a little displeasing. The hot water in the shower could have been hotter. The bed was clean and comfortable. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional and did an excellent job helping us. A couple of suggestions, some signs in English would help future guests and perhaps a recommendation of a few restaurants nearby that guests would enjoy.

the location was good, 5 minute walk to the main pedestrian area, and the room was big and comfortable and warm (a very good thing in harbin) and the price was just right for us. Both mornings we were woken by people in the corridors being very loud. Amusement - there is nothing to do in the hotel, we had to go elsewhere for everything. We were supposed to have free breakfast when we were there but nobody could tell us where to go for this as none of the staff we encountered spoke English. There was a major communication barrier. The hotel was unable to arrange train tickets for us (even though the hostels we have stayed in were able to do so!) so we had to make a return journey to the station to do this ourselves - wasting all morning. They were also unable to book a taxi for us for the morning that we left to get to the train station. On arrival the room wouldn't be ready for us until 12pm, there was nowhere we could have breakfast in the hotel even if we wanted to pay for it, we were given a map which was all in Chinese and weren't given any help or suggestions for where to go for breakfast instead (it was 8am and the majority of places are closed at that hour - some help would have been nice). Overall we enjoyed our stay in Harbin, and the room was comfy and within our budget but if you're a tourist and don't speak Chinese then I would suggest to stay elsewhere as it made our time very difficult.

Hotel staff didn't speak English at all. They told me to pay 178 RMB for the room and 300 RMB deposit. I gave them 500 RMB so they were supposed to give me back 22 RMB. But they acted like they didn't have to. It took me about 10 minutes to get my change. Breakfast wasn't offered. But all in all it was not a bad hotel.

I stayed at this hotel 1 night only. Lady at the reception was pretty nice and welcoming. The rooms are not very big, but clean. The biggest disadvantage of the hotel is that it doesn't have a lift, so it was difficult for me to carry my heavy bag to the 4th floor.

I think the hotel services and else are good enough except for the breakfast...the dishes are all too salty...it makes us thristy... anyway, is there any pick-up service at train station from hotel? because i found it hard to get to the hotel from the train station (harbin train station)...most of the taxi i asked didn't know your hotel location...and...on your website, could you add how to get to your hotel from the train station by bus and what station should we stop... ok..thanks for reading my comment
