Hi, We stayed at Gfour hotel for two days at Harbin in Dec'11. This hotel is very close to city centre and shopping shops. Although, we had booked big warmth room (without windows), the hotel staff upgraded room to a window warmth room without any request. I found hotel staff very helpful and courteous/polite. The hotel ambience is decent and I would recommend for families. The hotel manager/ restraurant manager could speak good english and Al Carte food was excellent.

This hotel was a great choice for me as it was all very perfect, I once stayed overnight in a top London hotel costing over £100.00 GBP per night I can honestly say that the GFOUR Hotel in Harbin was ten times better in all ways, and I would recomend this hotel to anyone visiting Harbin.Big choice of Breakfast and eat as much as you like.Lovely warm comfortable room with own shower,toilet and sink.Very large queensized bed,All lights switched from bedside.Very clean and modern hotel to spend your Holiday.

I was so surprised at everything at the Hotel for the cost I paid...Met outside by porter to carry in baggage.Always helped when entering or leaving hotel.I would Highly recomend this hotel to anyone going to Harbin as I am sure you could not get better.I certainly ill use this hotel again when I go to Harbin again in the future. I would class this hotel with almost all top hotels in London without a doubt.One more thing is that it was advertised as warm room and it was very warm and very comfortable.Home from home. Over all this is hotel with good value and location. Only problem we have encounted is the shower, water didn't drain down properly, since there is no shower curtain or door, water splashed everywhere while taking a shower. I would return to Gfour on my next visit somehow.
