This was a pleasant stay. The location of the hotel is very good. Although it is not the highest star level hotel, it is quite adequate and actually is very nice. I would recommend this hotel.

I am very dissapointed by the beauty treatments of the hotel. I did a face procedure for 150 RMB containing of different parts like facial cleaning, massage, mask etc. and should be at least 1 hour. Unfortunately, it continued about 45 minutes and my face was not cleaned at all. At the end they required the full charge but I refused to pay it as they didn't do their job. The explanation was that my face doesn't need to be cleaned... Then in my opinion I also don't need to pay the full amount... All in all very unprofessional staff trying to rip off the tourists!
