Rooms Furnishings: 9 |  Everything looks fine with us, but the local pickup srrangement from airport to hotel should be provided by the hotel as a complete package, rather than on request. And the peripheral transport facilities rely very much self negotiation, suggest hotel should stand up front to provide more guidance and assitance.
As of the settlement of room bill of around RMB1980., it looks strange to me to be requested to sign another payment slip on top of the deposit slip of RMB2500. and the staff explained that it is too difficult to cancel the original deposit and the differnce of RMB5XX will go back to the customer's VISA card account automatically, there won't be a double charging. To me, it is rare and unsafe, could you reflect this to the hotel to make sure the double charging will not happen. and sugget a better approach should be adopted.
