The staff in the dfferent restaurants did not speak english. The could not take our order for dinner. The workers at the business-center spoke well english; so we could ask some questions. The pool was out of service. A fact i did not know before we start our trip. My children were unhappy about that. There are different constructions in the hotel at the moment. It was very loud. The constructionpeople start working befor 6:00 a clock in the morning. The hotel is well lovated. Near to the West-Lake and also to some shopping centers.

Big and unpersonal building. Quality/price ratio acceptable. Breakfast offer and quality limited. Great location.
