Thank you for arranging the hotel for us. The Zhong Shan International Hotel has a very good location, just a few minutes to the West Lake and right at the corner of the Zhong Shan Lu pedastrian street. The staff has been very kind, reception employees did speak a good english. It was no problem to communicate. To talk with the other service staff was a bit difficultier but to manage. Our only complain is the breakfast, about 95% Chinese food for an international hotel is not appropreate. The quantity was enough but there was a big lack of quality. Coming 9.15 am for breakfast and the dishes are cold and dont look fresh (the lettuce looked like 2 days old, green vegetables lost already their colour...) is a big minus for a hotel which claims to be an almost 4-star hotel. In general we had a good stay and impression of the hotel and can recommend it to our friends and other people. Best regards Gabriele Sander

The hotel situated in walking distance from the West Lake and the shopping centre. Wonderful. We had a very nice stay and the staff were well english spoken.I was more then satisfied. Next time Hangzhou this hotel will be my choice.
