We were disappointed that this booking was made a month ago and the request was for a high room. We were told only the 3rd floor is available, which have no window views..Luckily we were promised a higher floor rooms with window views the next day onwards...On the last day before we checked out, we found that all 3 room cards were de-activated before we check out and had to go down to the recep to reactivate the cards...The breakfast spread needs to improve

I have stayed in this hotel for the last one and half years once every 2-3 months. One of the main reasons I like about this hotel is, it is the closest to Gongbei border, where we came from Macau. Price is not the best as I have seen in website comments and realise they are paying lower than what we have been paying, which is a surprised to me. Also, I had call the hotel just on the day I flew in, that we can only arrived at 1900-2000 hours, as our flight only arrived at Macau at 1800hrs, but they says they cannot hold our rooms,,, which I think is stupid and unreasonable comments. I think they should do something on this, otherwise we will look for other alternative hotels Regards

A bit disappointed on this last trip from 12-16 Nov 2011. I reserved 3 rooms with high floor more than a month before our trips, but we advised that only the 3rd floor rooms were available, as we had not confirmed. I am not sure what confirmation is required since it was booked through internet. We were not able to changed the check in time of 1800hrs. When we arrived at the hotel, it was almost 1930hrs. We have been staying at this hotel regularly and have never missed any bookings. Also feels that being regulars do not get special treatment for rooms allocation, free breakfast etc. The breakfast is very limited so we do not take breakfast in the hotel.Except for the very good location which is near the border, we may be looking for other hotels which may be a bit further from the border but if the price and standards are acceptable, we will consider it. A good hotel & location. Convenient to move around. The room was clean & spacious. We’re happy with the services too. Room has free internet service and lobby has wi-fi network, a very useful communication tool. We will surely recommend this hotel and will come back.

Nice hotel and a plesant stay. Some confusion at check-in and check-out regarding credit card deposit/charges. Not easy for western person to understand the process. Also during the night cigarette smoke came in through the air conditioning vent.

Hotel Execellent and value for money was in a good location from The Gongbei Boarder u can see the hotel and take 5 minute walk fm the boarder. The hotel room look good and the room quite big more comfortable. The staff who can speak English was very helpful. We will defenetly come back.
