Rooms Furnishings: 8.5 |  Though we indicated in our reservation to hold room till 1pm because of our flight, we were told our room had been released when we arrived at the hotel at 12.35pm.
When we got to the room we were given, we were surprised to find the room in disarray, used but not cleaned yet. We were then given room 430.
If the hotel do a little touch up to the room, it would enhance it a lot. Eg. the wall paper are coming off at the bottom half.
The cleaner could have been more thorough as I found a small cockroach and a used cotton bud under the basin. |
